What is the smallest order?

90 kg, which is 3 bags. The price per tonne drops as volume goes up, down to our 8.1 MT+ tier, and most of our buyers order in tonnes.

Can we try the beans first?

Yes. If you are looking at real volume, we send about 5 kg of beans from the current harvest. We agree the sample and courier cost with you.

How do we pay?

Payment terms, including any deposit, are agreed with each buyer and set in the Sales Contract. Prices are in USD, EXW Mondulkiri.

How do you ship?

LCL for smaller volumes, FCL for bigger ones, from Phnom Penh or Sihanoukville. Our standard is EXW Mondulkiri, but we can quote FOB, CIF or another Incoterm. Within Cambodia, and to Vietnam and other neighbouring countries, we ship by road. Transit time depends on where you are, so we confirm it with your quote.

Which export documents do we get?

Whatever your country asks for. It differs by destination, so tell us where the beans are going and we confirm the list with your quote.

Do you have stock all year?

Yes, we sell from stock all year round. For large volumes, tell us early and we confirm what we can allocate.

How long does a quote hold?

2 weeks from your enquiry. Our price is a base market price plus a premium for your volume tier, and we update it as the market moves.

What grade are the beans, and who says so?

SMC 1 under MS 2672:2017, graded by the Malaysian Cocoa Board (Lembaga Koko Malaysia). Batch 25/26 came in at a 98.66% fermentation rate and 1.33% total defects, with no slaty or insect-damaged beans and no foreign matter. Moisture is usually 6–7%. We are also certified by the World Sustainability Organisation (Friend of the Earth, Sustainable Agriculture) through December 2026. All the numbers are on the specification sheet.

Do you have lab results?

Yes, from the Malaysian Cocoa Board's Analytical Services Laboratory. Cadmium is 0.04 mg/kg, 20× below the EU dark-chocolate limit of 0.80 mg/kg and below the strictest limit of 0.10 mg/kg. Fat 59.4% and protein 13.8% (dry basis), theobromine 15.0 mg/g, total phenolics 60.7 mg GAE/g.
